  • Q: WHAT IS THE VISION FOR MIRAMONT?
    • A: The Miramont community was designed as a retreat that masterfully blends an elegant, easy-going country club community with progressive development plans. Miramont provides a destination that gives discerning homeowners an opportunity to build a primary family residence for generations to come, a second residence for golf and Aggie game days or a weekend getaway in a beautiful resort-like setting.

  • Q: HOW BIG IS MIRAMONT AND HOW MANY HOMES WILL THERE BE?
    • A: Miramont is a 527-acre development that, when completed, will have approximately 400 home sites situated all within walking distance of a private 18-hole championship golf course, an additional four-hole “family course” and a 93,000-square-foot Clubhouse.

  • Q: WHO IS MOVING TO MIRAMONT?
    • A: Families are being attracted by many old-fashioned, outdoor-friendly amenities in the neighborhood, such as sidewalks for strolling, jogging and biking; ponds, a creek and a lake; and neighbors who watch out for each other and greet one another by name. Miramont’s centralized location offers convenient access to schools, shopping centers, grocery stores, medical facilities, restaurants and Texas A&M University without all the traffic chaos and confusion of being so close to the college campus. Others are investing at Miramont as a weekend destination and some families are looking for an escape from the hustle of the big city. But with the centralized location of the Miramont community, all major cities in Texas are within a three-hour drive.

  • Q: WHAT ARE HOMES LIKE WITHIN MIRAMONT?
    • A: From grand estates, to lock-and-leave Chateaus, to turnkey elegant Villas at Miraloma, each owner has the opportunity to scale the home and terrain to meet his/her desires while understanding that strong architectural standards and a commitment to the strong financial future will protect their investment. The Miramont team, working in conjunction with the best builders and architects, works tirelessly to make the transition to home ownership within the community as easy as possible.

  • Q: HOW DOES A HOMEOWNER BECOME A MEMBER OF THE CLUB AT MIRAMONT?
    • A: Property ownership and Membership in the Miramont Country Club are established as separate entities. You may own property in the community and not be a Club Member, and you may be approved for Club Membership without owning property in the community. Membership is required for access to the Clubhouse, dining areas, golf course, tennis courts, the fitness center and state-of-the-art locker rooms.

  • Q: CAN YOU EXPLAIN THE NEARBY SCHOOL OPTIONS?
    • A: The community is located within Bryan Independent School District and within walking distance to Allen Academy (founded in 1886), the oldest accredited, non-sectarian preparatory school in Texas. There is even a walking/biking pathway to Allen Academy’s 40-acre campus for children ages three through high school.

  • Q: WHAT FEES ARE ASSOCIATED WITH OWNING PROPERTY WITHIN MIRAMONT?
    • A: The community’s attention to detail is evident in the beautifully designed and pristinely maintained landscape seen throughout the development. Homeowner’s Association Fees are $920 per year for each homesite. Homesites that directly access the golf course contribute an additional $100 per year toward maintenance.
