Ball joins ADP real estate team
BRYAN, TEXAS--Adam Development Properties, L.P. is pleased to announce the addition of Andrew Ball to its real estate team. Ball, a graduate of Texas A&M, joins ADP after extremely successful stints at Escondido in Horseshoe Bay and Boot Ranch in Fredericksburg.
“We are obviously very pleased to add someone with Ball’s expertise and stellar reputation to our real estate team,” said Stephanie A. Malechek, President of Adam Development Properties, L.P. “These are exciting times for ADP and Miramont, as we are fortifying our real estate team and planning for dramatic growth in the immediate and long-term future.”
Ball began his role as Director of Real Estate in January, bringing an extensive amount of experience in the development of residential communities as a senior executive in the real estate industry for the past decade. He possesses a successful track record across multiple classes of real estate, including development, sales and marketing.
A native of the Dallas area, Ball’s family is rooted in the home building and development industries, and he and his wife, Kimberly, are looking forward to planting roots in this community, as they first met when they were students at Texas A&M. The couple has two children, twins William and Kennedy, who were born in 2013.
After graduating from Texas A&M, Ball started his real estate career at Traditions Management, a leading sales and marketing firm with projects across the United States, the Caribbean and Mexico. During his time at Traditions, he was a key executive, leading a sales effort of $125 million at Escondido in Horseshoe Bay. He then moved to Boot Ranch in Fredericksburg, a $250 million development, leading the sales, marketing and development efforts. Ball has proven to be particularly adept in terms of understanding a client’s desire to create an extraordinary lifestyle for his/her family by combining great design, premier location and intelligent investment.
He can be contacted at 979-731-1777 (office) or 979-229-3887 (cell).
Ball joins an impressive team that includes Mike Harris, ADP’s Project Manager and will be the direct contact for the Miramont Home Owners Association and the Architectural Review Committee. Harris first joined ADP in October 2000 after previously serving with another company within The Adam Corporation/Group. The real estate team also includes Mike Barton, the General Manager of Ironstone Homes, LLC.
Plans are currently in the works for the construction of a sales office near the front of Miramont on Legacy Court.
