Food & Beverage Director
Heath Lagrone started his journey at Miramont in 2005 and returned in his new role as the Beverage Director and Sommelier in May 2022.
Heath is a graduate of the American Musical and Dramatic Academy in New York City, where he began his journey in fine dining at celebrity chef Rick Moonen’s “RM” seafood on the east side of Manhattan. After returning to Texas in 2005 and assisting with the opening of Miramont, he relocated to Houston to continue his growth in the industry, serving as the Assistant Clubhouse Manager at The Club at Carlton Woods in The Woodlands.
He later served as the General Manager of 1252 Tapas Bar before making his way back to the Bryan/College Station area and serving as the Beverage Manager for The Inn at Dos Brisas in Washington, Texas. Most recently, Heath assisted in the opening of Vino Boheme, a wine bar in Bryan. He is excited to be starting a new journey back where his journey began.
