The fitness team is excited to help you meet all your fitness goals! At Miramont Country Club, we have an incredibly diverse team comprised of highly educated and experienced people. We offer an array of fitness modalities that will fit your individual needs.

We offer one-on-one training, classes in TPI, weight training, boot camps, Pilates, Yoga, water fitness, Tai Chi, Pilates reformer sessions and sports specific training. We specialize in everything from helping those new to fitness to golfers wanting to better their game. If you don’t see what you are looking for, just ask! We modify our offerings throughout our season to best fit our Members' needs.

Our team is up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in the fitness field to ensure our Members have the best experience. We know your time is precious. Our fitness team can create a specific plan of action that will expedite your results and keep you safe. You will not find a more educated and experienced team under one roof. Our goal is to provide an experience that no other fitness program can match.
